My name is Chef Francisco Rios. I was born and raised in New York City to Puerto Rican parents. Throughout my life, the home-cooked dishes prepared by my mother has been nothing more than an inspiration to learn how to cook myself. As I got older, the love for cooking grew and as I began to fine-tune the knowledge given to me, I was eager to share the taste of my island and my culture with the world. In today’s stricken times of COVID the thought came to me; why not bring fine dining Latin cooking to your kitchen.
